Scope starts free with the Starter plan. The Professional plan is $99.99/month per user. The Team plan uses per-seat pricing: Full seats are $69.99 per person / month and Lite seats are $14.99 per person / month, so you pay for each person by how they work. All plans include the full platform with no per-appointment or per-report fees.

Yes. The Starter plan gives you full access to the core platform, and the limit is 5 reports sent, with no time limit. No credit card required.

Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you add or remove professional seats mid-cycle, billing is prorated automatically.

No. All plans include unlimited appointments and reports (after the Starter limit). Your monthly fee is flat regardless of volume.

Full seats run the work: create and run inspections, send reports and agreements, track time, and manage the team schedule. Lite seats view all of that and use office tools like reports, invoices, and contacts, but do not run field work. A Lite user can see everything; they cannot run inspections, send reports, or track time without a Full seat. Mix Full and Lite on one team and pay only for active seats.

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties or exit fees.
